You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, in accordance with Portuguese consumer protection law (art. 10.º, DL 24/2014).

1. RETURNS

As our products are made to order, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can process your return.

2. REFUNDS

If your return is approved, we will refund your payment to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item was damaged or defective.

3. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not available at this time due to the made-to-order nature of our products. If you have a damaged or defective item, please follow the Returns procedure for a refund.

4. SHIPPING ISSUES

If your item is lost, not delivered, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will investigate the issue with our supplier and work to resolve it promptly.
